We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel informed us that they were fully booked, but they arranged for us to stay in a nearby 4-star hotel instead. the staff went above and beyond, even accompanying us to the new hotel. the room on the 2nd floor was spacious and filled with natural light. the bed was very comfortable, and we were happy to find that the towels were fresh. the hotel also offered great rates for laundry, and we were impressed that they returned our items on the same day. they allowed us to check in early in the morning, which was a big plus. the location of the hotel in a quiet area with lots of nature around was also appealing.

We had a truly unique experience at Royal Parkview. the therapeutic pebble shower floor was a delightful touch, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a plus, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere created by the beautiful gardens. Even though the hotel is a bit far from town, transportation options like horse and cart or taxis made getting around easy.

Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet with both Western and Asian options. Bikes are available for free use, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently located close to the Botanical Gardens and restaurants by the lake, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning and a view of the well-tended gardens. Additionally, breakfast was served in a nice setting with simple but tasty food.
